She has been practicing physical therapy for 16 years and has training and continuing education in massage therapy. She is the mother of two young children and understands why parents need to take time to take care of themselves. Amy offers orthopedic sports massage and also relaxation massage. Amy is available Tuesdays and Thursdays 10 AM – 2 PM..

 


picture-1Ed Griffin-Nolan, LMT, founded The Art of Massage in 1997. A graduate of SUNY Albany and the Finger Lakes School of Massage, Ed has taken advanced training in trigger point therapy, orthopedic, and sports massage. He offers relaxation and sports massage as well as rehabilitation and pain management for accident victims. A long distance runner and triathlete, Ed has coached teams for marathons and half marathons. He is also fluent in Spanish, to assist our clients for whom Spanish is their preferred language. Katherine St. Pierre, graduated with an Associate’s Degree in Massage Therapy as well as Equine Science from Morrisville State College. She is very passionate about massage and feels that it is beneficial for all people (and critters, too!). Katherine enjoys working on athletes and people recovering from injuries. Katherine is available Wednesday through Friday every week and Saturdays by appointment. Jessica Clothier graduated from the Massage Therapy program at SUNY Morrisville with an Associates Degree in Applied Science. She has a deep interest in pre-natal massage and working with families.

Abigail Montgomery is a 2017 graduate of the Onondaga School of Therapeutic Massage. She was the winner of the perseverance award at graduation, an honor she is most proud of. Abigail is a dancer at heart, an artist and a passionate seeker of knowledge. She describes her technique as using intuition and balanced loving energy to support transformational shifts in her clients. She incorporates elements of Swedish massage, Reiki, Shiatsu and deep tissue massage.
