who-we-are-mission-photo1The Spa is a wellness center offering therapeutic and relaxation massage and other fitness activities. It is the home of the Art of Massage, Central New York’s premier massage therapy practice, founded in 1997.

We believe that dealing with stress in healthy ways is a key to health, longevity, and happiness. Our menu of massage treatments can be customized to meet your needs.

Our facility also includes a seven person therapeutic Jacuzzi tub, and a redwood sauna for you to enjoy before and after your massage. The elegance of the setting and the quality of our experienced massage therapists combine for an experience you won’t forget.

picture-2541Amy VanDreason is a licensed physical therapist, graduate of Daemen College. She has been practicing physical therapy for 14 years and has training and continuing education in massage therapy. She is the mother of two young children and understands why parents need to take time to take care of themselves. Amy offers orthopedic sports massage and also relaxation massage. Amy is available Mondays and Tuesdays 10 AM – 2 PM, and Thursdays through Saturdays by  appointment.





picture-1Ed Griffin-Nolan, LMT, founded The Art of Massage in 1997. A graduate of SUNY Albany and the Finger Lakes School of Massage, Ed has taken advanced training in trigger point therapy, orthopedic, and sports massage. He offers relaxation and sports massage as well as rehabilitation and pain management for accident victims. A long distance runner and triathlete, Ed has coached teams for marathons and half marathons. He is also fluent in Spanish, to assist our clients for whom Spanish is their preferred language. Katherine St. Pierre, graduated with an Associate’s Degree in Massage Therapy as well as Equine Science from Morrisville State College. She is very passionate about massage and feels that it is beneficial for all people (and critters, too!). Katherine enjoys working on athletes and people recovering from injuries. Katherine is available Monday through Thursday afternoons and all day Friday and Saturday.
